Booking
How do I book a pass?
Open the event, choose a pass tier, pick a quantity and pay. You'll need an account — we'll prompt you to sign in during checkout if you aren't already.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by Razorpay, so cards, UPI, net banking and wallets all work. We never see or store your card details.
What are pass tiers?
Some events offer more than one kind of entry — standard entry, premium seating, or a table for a group. Each tier shows its own price and what it includes before you book.
Can I book a table for a group?
Where the organiser offers one, yes. Table passes show how many people they seat, and you book the table rather than individual seats.
Your pass
Where is my ticket?
Two places, immediately after payment: a confirmation email with your QR code, and the My Tickets section of your account.
How do I get in at the door?
Show the QR code from your pass. The organiser scans it and you're in — no printout needed.
I didn’t get the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. Your pass is in My Tickets regardless of whether the email arrived, so you can still get in.
Changes and refunds
What if the event is cancelled?
If the organiser cancels, you're refunded. The full terms, including what happens when an event is rescheduled, are in our refund policy.
Can I cancel my own booking?
User-initiated cancellations are covered in the refund policy — whether a booking can be cancelled depends on the event. Note that some fees are non-refundable.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@fulltimeshow.in with your registered email, booking ID and reason. We respond within two working days.
Events and organisers
Who runs the events?
Every event is hosted by an independent creator or venue, not by FullTimeShow. The organiser is named on each event page, and you can open their profile to see their other events.
An event I wanted has ended — why can I still open the page?
Past event pages stay online so ticket holders keep access and the organiser keeps a record. They're marked as ended and can't be booked.
